I am the founder and CEO of The Management Agency, an artist development and management company based in Jacksonville, FL. I am currently expanding the work we do to include more Music Industry Consultations, which have been very well-received and successful over the past year.

As a worship leader and church musician, I have led congregations in worship throughout the southeast over the past 20 years. I love working with worship teams, providing development support and training. I also have a catalog of music (about a dozen original songs) I wrote, some of which are still being used in churches as far away as the UK. I lead worship from the keyboard/piano if I don’t have a strong band behind me.
