“In the name of Jesus” isn’t a phrase to end a prayer. It means you affirm your place in the Kingdom of heaven & have Jesus’ perspective and his authority & dominion.
When we are “in the name of Jesus” we are seated in heavenly places & see things from that heavenly perspective of authority that others cannot.

Are you sitting beneath the table of the Lord waiting for crumbs to fall into your lap, or are you taking your rightful place at the table as a joint heir with the Son of God?
If you’re seated at the table rather than under it you can proactively appropriate kingdom resources “in Jesus’ name” to your circumstances rather than passively waiting for that “window of heaven” to open for you.
YOU open the window as a joint heir with the Son of God! Taste and see that the Lord is good.
When we DO pray “in the name of Jesus” we are, in effect, reminding God that our petitions are valid because He – Jesus – said we could ask anything in His name. It’s like saying to God “…because He (Jesus) said so.”
“Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory.” Rom 8:17
